Clovertec and Covid-19

Following the outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know the steps Clovertec is taking to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. 

During this period, all our engineers have been working from home. We have limited the number of staff that can come into the office to make it as safe as possible to help with delivering our services to you, our clients.

As part of the Government guidelines, we have carried out a Risk Assessment and taken measures to keep our staff and our clients safe.

We will only carry out visits if it is absolutely necessary. Where we can carry out support and installation work remotely, we will. In some cases this may delay delivery of services. 

We will ensure that none of our engineers have symptoms before visiting you, and have taken reasonable steps to make sure they are safe. Nobody who is considered a high risk by the NHS will be carrying out any client visits.

In addition, we won’t dispatch someone until we have asked, on the day, if anyone is unwell or showing any COVID symptoms at any sites we plan on visiting.

What we expect from yourselves is to adhere to the distancing rules at all times whilst our engineer is at your site, and to provide clear access to any areas needed as part of the visit.

All staff must wear masks whilst our engineer in onsite, who will also do the same. 

Please be aware that our engineers are instructed to leave immediately if they feel that their safety is compromised in any way.

If you have any equipment that needs to be either dropped off or couriered to our office, please arrange this with the relevant engineer as our office is not always open.
